The design of Maya heights is linear and sleek, creating a simple rhythm with small breaks. The simplicity of the linear façade hides a wide program of amenities and landscaped green spaces which accompany the apartments.
Integrating a large number of amenities in the lower floors of the building helps separate the public spaces from the private apartments which rest above.
