Manglam River Valley houses around 300 apartments which overlook the Mandovi River. Located on a slope, the individual buildings are designed to optimise the number of apartments with a direct view of the river.
From its access point, the complex looks like a simple apartment complex. The buildings themselves hide the view, creating a surprise on entering the complex as the view unfolds.
